How To Measure for Clothing Sizes
BUST
To determine bust size- wrapcloth measuring tape around your chest at the fullest point and under your armpits, not around the outers of your arms.
WAIST
Measure your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. Use a cloth measuring tape.
HIPS
Measure the fullest part of your hips with your heels together. Keep the measuring tape straight and parallel to the floor.
DRESS LENGTH
Keeping heels of feet together, tape straight and vertical to the floor,you should measure from the high point of your shoulders down the length of your back.
INSEAM
Use a pair of pants that fits good and measure from the crotch seam to the pant leg opening. Round the number to the nearest half inch for your inseam length.
Shoe Measurements
SHOE HEIGHT
You should measure the height from the back of the shoe at the heel to the top.
HEEL HEIGHT
You should measure from heel of back of shoe where it meets from the top to the bottom.
PLATFORM HEIGHT
You should measure from the bottom of the sole of the shoe to where it attaches to the shoe at the top of the platform.
